Great winemaking. Methode champenoise that maintains the true character of the carricante grape. Balanced, with complexity, without being tiring. Less dosage would make it better - yet still definitely brut. — 9 months ago
Star bright beige gold. Green apple and citrus rind on the abundant nose. Confirmed with a bit of white pepper and stone on the medium palate. Chock full o' tannin-esque minerals that stand firm through the finish even as the wine warms. In other words, a Classic volcanic white that's a perfect match for seafood and Mediterranean fare. Best now, but drink through 2028. — 10 months ago

And this is a real surprise. The wine is fresh with very elegant citrus finish. And an apple, a lime and some wet stone note. Great with a cheesecake. — 5 years ago
— 5 years ago

Wow. Takes me back to my Italian days. Such a combination of flavor and drinkability. Rich yet light. Blackberry and citrus peel. Tingle on the tongue. Would pair with anything from the grill or brick oven pizza. — 9 years ago
Deep straw yellow color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and nutty spice notes. On the palate flavors of pear, peaches and lemon flavors with notes of sweet herb spice. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice! — 8 months ago

An excellent Etna Rosato. This has the freshness you seek from a sipper combined with an depth of a food rose. Minerality, some smokiness and red fruits drive the nose and on palate it turns more round and fleshier with bright acidity keeping the wine firm. A great Rosato form a completely new producer to me. Taking in to consideration this is 2017 so who says Roses won't stand some bottle age? — 4 years ago
