Impressive Gredos Garnacha by visionary winemaker Telmo Rodríguez - a crucial figure in Gredos’ recent boom. Back in the 1990s, when most vineyards in the area were being abandoned, Rodríguez, alongside business partner and famous rally driver Carlos Sainz (hence the name Pegaso, inspired by the famous truck brand) started purchasing old vineyards in Cebreros, such as the three plots on slate soils where this wine comes from.
