I need a case of this stat! It's one thing to know that this is the love child of Hervé Souhaut and René-Jean Dard, it's another to know it tastes of one too. The gamay lightens and brightens the Syrah. Add a zippy tingle and some slightly chewy tannins and this is just pure fun to drink! Thanks to @Carla Hine for the recommendation!
