Beautifully done, good texture and balance of flavors, also very low production and very reasonably priced. — 10 years ago
Needing an aperitif to accompany a charcuterie plate, I popped the cork on the pale straw-colored NV M Lawrence Demi-Sec Sparkling Blend 'Detroit' from L Mawby. Nice red and green apple aromas on the active nose. A bit of residual sugar brightened the crisp fruit flavors. An eminently quaffable summer refresher. — 11 years ago
