Once in a lifetime wine. Automatically it had everything you want from Nebbiolo and was flawless reminiscent of orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, and other general baking spices. Flavor wise tannins were completely gone and the acid was too elevated, but it was fine when accompanying food. The taste grew on you, but the obvious star was the bouquet. — 12 years ago
