En flott balansert dessertvin, med deilig sødme og syrlighet i ett. Bringebærsmaken er fremtredende, oppleves veldig fyldig i munnen, nærmest litt musserende. Drukket til vaniljeis og eplepai med ferske norske epler. — 10 years ago
Ruche is a minor grape in the Piedmont and this is a wonderful example. Soft tannins, beautiful fruit, and a nice nose. Track this down. Found at Eataly in Turin. — 10 years ago
1975 Dessilani Fara--top shoulder. Very complex aroma; floral, spice, earth, leather and a touch of char. Somewhat light, especially in the middle. Earthy Nebbiolo flavors, moderate acidity, some length. An experience. — 10 years ago

This is a surprising red. Surprising because it sparkles with a slight effervescence reminiscent of a rosé but with a much less mineral presence. It is deep ruby red which belies how light and refreshing it is. If you haven't seen this and want a great brunch wine or even a light red dinner wine, try it. — 10 years ago
Very flavorful and tasty. Just enough bubbles to make it fun. — 10 years ago
Nice and light, could have a little more oomph in flavor but overall a very good Lambrusco. — 10 years ago

5% abv. Was expecting Malvasia, not this. That said, this was quite nice in a light dessert wine, left on skins a bit, which impacted color and structure a bit. Can't wait to open my second bottle to enjoy with the organic strawberry pop tarts I ordered from my farm share - would be unbelievable. I prefer Moscato or Brachetto, but with a fruit dessert or cheese/fruit/jam, this would be great. — 10 years ago
Goes really good with hummus and veggies — 10 years ago
Very drinkable, low alcohol content — 11 years ago
Once in a lifetime wine. Automatically it had everything you want from Nebbiolo and was flawless reminiscent of orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, and other general baking spices. Flavor wise tannins were completely gone and the acid was too elevated, but it was fine when accompanying food. The taste grew on you, but the obvious star was the bouquet. — 11 years ago
Like a Pinot Grigio but calmer fruit and — 12 years ago
