Not normally a big fan of the stickier stuff, though this is one of the most incredible sweet wines I've ever had the pleasure of trying. So much vibrancy, big acid. BUT 2/3 bottles we opened were acetic as fuck- completely volatile, so I'll worry each time I go to open one. — 10 years ago

Who gives a shit about Soave let alone Gambellara. But this is surprisingly delicious. Kind of Chablis-y. Flinty minerals and green apple lime zest. Paired perfectly with The Mollusk... You can get another drop of this. Yeah you wish. I drank the whole thing. — 10 years ago
