2019 vintage. PNP. Sultry and sexy. Light-medium/medium bod. The Corison Cabernets occupy a deliciously distinctive, Napa niche. This vintage is no less than that standard. Slightly less “busy” than the 2018, the 2019 continues to bring the must-have goods to market. Herbs, earth, woods, cassis, anise, kapow and blammo all easily found within. When you come across a jaded Napa Cab person (raises both hands), this baddy restores the faith. 01.20.25. — 9 months ago
Beautifully fragrant, this medium ruby colored Napa Cab is very herbal and fresh on the nose. Medium to full bodied with well defined flavors of blackcurrant, ripe black cherries and blueberries, cedar wood, cloves and chocolate, it doesn’t have the rustic appeal of previous vintages and is actually quite polished. Drink now until 2040. — 3 years ago
Volcanic organic wine - aromas of green coffee beans, small red fruits, a little funk. Lots of acidity and freshness. — 5 years ago
Extremely floral on the nose, intense red & blue fruit on the palate leading with cranberry right after opening, then blueberry, finishing with some earthiness and a slightly gritty texture leaving a finish on your palate reminding you the wine was there. Bottle really evolves after some decanting! — 7 years ago
Excellent 2013 cab. — 9 years ago
Very smooth wine. Great price but not as good as the Kirkland Columbia Valley cab/Merlot blend. — 9 years ago
Whoa. Another great cab. Thank you spence!! — 10 years ago
Powerful, full bodied cab. Flavors of ripe blackberry and spice. High alcohol and long lasting tannins throughout a nice finish. Consistent producer who constantly delivers. — 13 years ago
Mid 20th century fashionable country resort, popular with Hollywood due to 1892 stone Manor House & historic gardens. Blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, Malbec, rest other Rhone varieties, aged 20 months in 37% new French oak. Dark Ruby, aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs & spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and black currant with vanilla oak and earthy notes. Well balanced, fine tannins long finish ending with fruit, espresso notes and sweet spice! Nice now and will drink well over next decade. — 7 months ago
👍👍 Consistently amazing cab. Absolutely delicious, fruit-forward, balanced tannins, perfection on the palate. I could drink this one anytime, anywhere. No complaints. — 10 months ago
Napa valley cab from Stacy and Clay. Good, full bodied, a touch of sweetness but not too much. — 2 years ago
Founded by Donn and Molly Chappelet in 1967 on renowned Pritchard Hill. A blend of 82% Cab Sauv, 10% Petit Verdot & 8% Malbec. Deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry fruits, cedar, cacao and sweet herbs. On the palate rich flavors of blackberry and currants with sweet oak and herbs with a great mouthfeel. Tight tannins, a bit chewy, long ending with fruit, cacao and sweet oak. Will improve, just starting to drink well now! Decant! — 5 years ago
We really liked this cab. Perfect setting with NY Strip Steaks and Sweet Potatoes. Full of cherry and blackberry. — 6 years ago

Very good! Nothing sharp — 9 years ago
Pleasant, balanced tanins are light. Soft for a cab. But enjoyable. — 9 years ago
Très belle bouteille. N'est pas une caricature du Cali-Cab. — 10 years ago
Great cab. Not too heavy but great layers of flavor. Don't decant! This guy is ready to go right out of the bottle. — 10 years ago
Enjoyed on 1/25/25. Vintage 2023. $25. Always a fan of wines from Paso Robles. This doesn’t disappoint. A solid Cab. Yes, a little young but it will get even better. — 9 months ago
very nice everyday cab from a reliable producer. Enjoyed much more on second day after much airing. Balanced with nice ripe berry flavors but missing the tannins punch. — a year ago
😲 full body cab— absolutely amazing. Shane picked it out. Yum. — 6 years ago

2005 vintage. From magnum. Tasted after 3 hours open. Light-medium body. Drought earth. Coffee grounds. Espresso crema. Dark plum skins. Drinking excellent but like a Napa cab a decade older. And from a magnum!?!? Was expecting a bit more of a delicate fruit presence. Oh well. It was a full moon. 04.11.25. — 6 months ago
