This is impressive. One of the best from CA overall, especially at the price point. Snappy, dry; sweet strawberries and roses. Quite complex. — 10 years ago
Perfect prosecco by the pool, ciclismo day 2 — 10 years ago
Mellovinet! Bärig doft men en hint av risbastu. Mjukt och välbalanserat. Prisvärt! — 10 years ago
Rich core of prunes, chocolate and balsamic. Color is gorgeous garnet-ruby and tinges of orange/pink. Half an hour in the glass and it was showing beautifully — 11 years ago
Loved it!! Sparkly and Red — 9 years ago
This wine was closed when we opened it but the next day it turned out to be a gem. Keep for another 3 years. Great balance between acid and fruit. Tannins resolved over night and now the wine has dark berry notes and a hint of bitterness and dirt! The ripeness of the 2009 vintage shines through but is well managed. Beats any California Pinot at the price level ca. 50$ when I bought it. This is how Burgundy should taste! Low 13.3%. For a Gevrey at the village level stellar! — 10 years ago
Boom. Happy birthday Neal. Delicious...and a great reminder of how well CA do method traditional. — 10 years ago
Getting a terroir lesson from Pedro Parra. When talk turns to CA limestone, had to hunt this down. @Sashi Moorman @Rajat Parr — 10 years ago

Nice typical ca fruity style — 11 years ago
Nariz: mermelada de ciruela y cerezas, cuero nuevo, regaliz.
Boca: Taninos M+, Acidez M/M+, Alcohol Alto (16%). Seco pero untuoso, redondo, buen balance.

We had this on 7/20-21/16. This nice blend of Malbec, Cab Sauv and Petit Verdot had nice tastes of graphite, blackberry and current. A nice smooth finish with a little spice for this full bodied wine. — 9 years ago

Exellent with a beef carpaccio con rucola. Very light and fruity. Beautiful colour. Chilled would be even better.. 👌🏻 — 9 years ago
Silky smooth with excellent complexity and a long lasting finish. Perfect pairing with the rack of lamb at Alexis in Northridge, CA — 10 years ago
Perfect, everything I want in CA Pinot. — 10 years ago
Great with raw oysters and seared scallops. Oaky, but not overbearing like many CA Chardonnays have become. — 10 years ago
Leesy, blackberry, cream, cassis, black cherry, med+ tannin, med+ acid. — 10 years ago

The best, beautiful bubbles from Napa. 2010 is going to be a great vintage for CA sparkling. A little softer, more approachable now! — 12 years ago
