This wine was recommend by Leon from Cannon restaurant in East Sac. Un decanted the wine was pepper bomb and powerful of flavors. Decanted it lightens up and more berry flavor. — 8 years ago

Say what?! A Burgundian sac blanc?! Awesome fun wine. The burgundy terroir removes some of the classic sac blanc notes and hides them. Definitely still a sac blanc — 9 years ago
