A fresh and young 2021. Tight acids, lots of bright tannins. Hasn’t mellowed into Nebbiolo brick and tar yet, but good. Lots of dried roses, thyme, flinty, touch of prune and baking spice. From Fermented Grapes. 12/10/2022 — 3 years ago

Majority Cab Franc with Cab Sav and Carmenere. Luscious with tons of cherry 🍒 fruit and a nice expression of the terroir of the region. — 9 years ago

The 2019 C3 is composed of equal parts counoise and cinsault with carignane rounding out the blend. Having the former two in the lead gave this one the aromas and flavors of cherry pie, as well as notes of pomegranate and lingonberry. Very fresh, and an excellent choice to go with our bison hot dogs on the grill! 40% Counoise, 40% Cinsault, 20% Carignane. 5/30/22. — 4 years ago
2018 vintage. A full body Chardonnay. Beautiful deep gold color; Buttery and creamy. Some citrus acidity comes at a later stage and brings fruit notes to the pallet. — 6 years ago
Had this in a Sazerac; smooth, maple syrup on the nose, made the Sazerac smoother than the rye whiskey version. — 7 years ago

This is very nice! Full bodied, almost sweet but not. Warm. — 5 years ago
A bit too direct and rocky for me. Definitely a style. It was bracing and the acid high. It did have an interesting nose of terroir — 6 years ago
Had this a few times now. Was a steal at $20. Perfect Tuesday night guzzler 😂 — 8 years ago
