Easy to drink. Tasty with nice fruit and dry. — 8 years ago
Dégorgé: Juin/16, Dosage: 3g/l, Decanted/Burgundy glass, took about 1.5hrs to shine, was tried beside the Brochet, both such outstanding examples of true/pure RM's, the beautiful yogurt intensity that shone through with some air was outstanding. — 8 years ago

Vintage 2010 / I drank this wine for the first time in Auberge du Bon Laboureur in Chenonceaux and was so surprised I decided to drive to the domaine next day. Visited it once more with winefriends afterwards. Frédéric Brochet is doing great work in a part of France, the #Vienne, that is not known for its wines. This 2010 from Cabernet is developing excellent. Harmonious, red bell pepper. Went very well with Cantonese beef and paksoi. A real gem for the cellar with good perspective. #loirewine — 7 years ago
In my constant search for the best 100% meunière, this is up there with the best, C-T Les Barres, Prevost, Bereche, Emmanuel Brochet, and the impossible find George Laval.
An exciting combination of energy and restraint. It’s not about the fruit. Very savory. — 7 years ago
Grand Vin ! — 8 years ago
I loved this so Crisp and clean — 8 years ago
Strange showing for this wine. Feels opulent in comparison to Brochet. ripe and oak is showing as coconut and yogurty. — 10 years ago
Not many think of French-produced sauvs, but this one is a must try. — 10 years ago

Lots of fruit. Enjoyed with almond cake, apple and yuzu sorbet. — 7 years ago
Citrus and stone. Nicely tension through the midpalate. Finished with a sweet turn, perhaps especially noticeable in contrast to the brochet — 7 years ago
Vintage 2015 - true to type sauvignon blanc, crisp, character. Racy and energetic. At C'heu l'Zib at Menetou Salon - combined with Terrine du Maison and Brochet au beurre blanc #menetousalon #sauvignonblanc — 8 years ago

Bone dry! Amber like nutty quality. Persistent, medium bubbles and length. 100% from 2011 and showing its adolescent qualities. — 11 years ago
From Écueil (Montaigne de Reims). Pinotant, fine and pleasing, v. attractive for who loves Pinot Noir. Noble golden colour with tiny bubbles. On the nose starts with yeast, bread, then it gets typical P. Noir with earthy and even animal notes. Mature, powerful, w. good complexity; as the wine changes in the glass a clear, well focussed note of green apple takes center stage. Equally good mouth with fine minerality along with fruits and some anise. V. good finish, fresh, good length. — 12 years ago
