Didn't get to pay a ton of attention to this guy, but I liked it. A lot. Great balance. A bit of sugar left, I think ~10g/L was said. Plenty of acid to counter and get your mouth watering. Again a silky texture that I've noticed in their Grüner from this site. Not sure if it is the vineyard or some winemaking, but I want more of it. I think it would improve with some air or on day two(or three.) — 10 years ago
Serious nose filled with black cherry candy, clove, cola and dried herbs. Approachable tannins and tame acidity. Maybe a bit too much rs/extraction but not enough to be dislikeable. — 10 years ago
