Tasting amazing especially with duck. Dried flowers, roses particularly, cherry, plum, barnyard, a bit of herbs and the tiniest hint of baking spice. — 2 years ago
Third rating for this: started at 10 degrees , and warmed up to around 15-18 in a warm 29 degrees tropical Singapore. Was fresh, crisp, lemon-like at first, followed by zesty mandarin orange flavours that finally matured to mellow honey apricots. Best of all coloured like the upcoming Chinese New Year - perfect gold. — 3 years ago
Powerful but not overpowering. Layers of apples, apricot and some sweeter notes of honey as well. Good acidity and a long finish. Opened the bottle and enjoyed throughout our lunch. Paired it with the the fish dishes to start and even the two tomato sauce based pastas. Stands up fine to the bigger dishes. — 5 years ago
Bouchard Aine and Fils 2016 pinot noir. The bouquet is hot cherry pie. Big cherry fruit on the beginning with caramel and vanilla notes in the middle. The finish is completely wonderful with strawberry and oak. The finish has no sourness and ends mildly dry leaving a thirst for more!!! And its 10 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! — 6 years ago

I date it a little higher than the majority — 10 months ago
Light cold color with a clay soil nose. Notes of light citrus, ginger, white flowers, some caramel and butterscotch, some earth. Fruit is decent. Ample acidity. While not what I would deem all-out POX, this definitely has a little bit of the sherry/butterscotch, caramel thing going on. Usually this bottle would be emptied quickly with this group and it had half a bottle left at the end of the night. That's your rating right there. — 3 years ago

This wine is a great bargain and also shows how Bouchard has ramped up their quality in recent years. Pale lemon color with pronounced aromas of acacia, lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, vanilla, clove, smoke, and a bit of honey. All is conveyed on the palate as well with a beguiling, creamy texture and a long finish. This is a lovely wine that is approachable now but will improve for another five or 10 years. Lovely. — 7 months ago
