Blend of Golden Russet, Bramley's Seedling, Porter's Perfection and Cox Orange Pippin. Pale white in color, cloudy. Lightly carbonated with fine bubble size. McIntosh like aroma profile. Tangerine flavor with citrus tartness, mixed citric and malic finish. Should go great with food — 8 years ago

Made in Corvallis Oregon. Contains a blend of four American and English apple varieties- Roxbury Russet, Ashmead’s Kernel, D’arcy Spice and Northern Spy - slowly fermented with white wine yeast. 6.9% ABV. Very pale yellow white, not much head on pour, pinpoint bubbles that quickly fade, very slight haziness. Beautifully rich perfumed nose. Crisp, long slightly malic finish, spiced aftertaste, carbonation spritz throughout. Almost dry. Well made, special stuff, intriguing structure. It’s definitely worth trying though I’m not sure I’d want to drink it regularly (meaning it’s not a good candidate to become a session cider for me, even if it were regularly available). Some core astringency on finish as well. Must be the acid-tannin-spiciness combo that I’m struggling with; some will love it, but... — 6 years ago
Traditions Cidre Bouche French style keeved cider 2016. 6.5% a/v light golden color. Light to moderate carbonation. McIntosh aroma profile. Neutral flavor, slight caramel finish. Some astringency comes out as cider reaches room temperature and it tastes much more complex served this way, like a traditional ale — 8 years ago

2 Towns Ciderhouse La Mure Lambic Style Cider. Cherry-cassis red, slightly cloudy. Moderate carbonation. Funk, butter and berry notes in nose. Tart Apple flavors followed by long sour marionberry finish. Some berry rasp tannin astringency on finish. Excellent fruit profile overall, lactic aftertaste. We know God loves us because Lactobacillus (and the brewers) make such wonderful products like this lambic beer — 8 years ago

From the winery: "The ranch affectionately called Helluva (beacuase it is a helluva ranch!) is just northwest of Boonville and produces a light bodied and nervy Pinot that illustrates the varietals [sic] potential when grown in cooler climates and picked for balance. Our Pinot would NEVER be mistaken for our Syrah, and that is how it should be!" — 10 years ago
