Bouteille qui a traîné pendant au moins 5 ans dans un rangement au sous-sol sans contrôle d'humidité, mais sans chaleur excessive (max 22-24 Celsius l'été).

La robe est complètement opaque. Aucune trace de vieillissement. Il en va de même pour le nez et la bouche. On est sur les fruits noirs, le chocolat noir et la torréfaction (Brownies à l'espresso de chez Olive et Gourmando, sans le sucre). Le vin est corsé et les tannins, sans être trop rugueux, sont toujours présents. Pas très complexe. Bonne longueur. Me donne l'impression que dans de bonnes conditions, il pourrait tenir encore plusieurs années. — 11 years ago
