This is one of the best wines for the price I have ever tried. This is gravel bed's inaugural year and the production is only a couple hundred cases. It is ridiculously delicious with cherries, berries, and beautiful minerality that remind me of a bond offering. You can almost taste the stones intermixed with the fruit. The wine is well balanced and can be drunk and enjoyed right now or cellared. — 10 years ago

Brought this to the Bridges tonight with an '01 Bond Melbury. Both bottles were phenomenal. Best Judge I've had since the '05. Over the top structure, laser focused minerality, slate, brioche, lemon/spice cake. Wowza. — 10 years ago
