So fun to drink. Cranberry and mineral bomb. — 10 years ago
not a total fruit bomb as you might expect. strawberry preserves.. cherry pie? or black cherry compote and shortbread. kinda neat. some secondary notes are waking up. the heat is more noticeable the longer the bottle is open but just like @Rafael Landestoy, we popped this to go with some spoils from the taco truck and it hit the spot. — 11 years ago
Had this from a solo cup while chillin at the holiday inn in Longview texas. So obviously excellent ambiance. Very rich and savory butter bomb. — 11 years ago
Lots of fruit as expected and a sweet streak in middle. Pretty good but a certain Belgian friend of mine might call it a fruit bomb — 11 years ago
Fruit bomb. Good. — 11 years ago
Bold and juicy fruit bomb. — 8 years ago
When I last had this 3 months ago, I described it as a fruit bomb with very faint effervescence. I said it would do well with a good food pairing.
I'm pleased to report that, indeed, a hearty beef stew with all its unctuous qualities derived from layers and layers of flavors, went quite well.
The note itself remains unchanged. — 9 years ago

A nice light bodied, easy drinking red blend, low acidity, peppery at first with a long finish of blackberry jam. — 9 years ago
Butter bomb meets French toast. — 10 years ago
Wow wine. Very dark, somewhat tight nose that has some plum to it. But what a bomb on the palate! Dark fruits dominate with a deep dark finish of earth, toasted oak and a tar quality that is unique, and terrific. Coats the palate and lingers. Really terrific. I think just entering drinking window, with 20 years ahead. — 10 years ago
Big quality fruit bomb - 2006 - drinking softly now, open 2 hours. Would like to see if the fruit resolves over the next few years. — 11 years ago
Better as it gets warmer. — 11 years ago
Velvety smooth sex-bomb. After a sip you ache for all things extravagant. — 11 years ago

One of the very best wines I've ever had. Gigantic, concentrated fruit bomb, great balance, chewy. — 12 years ago
A big fruit, oak bomb. Once it opened up it was quite nice. Getting better with age. — 9 years ago
Bright aromas of fresh, slightly unripe raspberry and black cherry, with a little white pepper and garrigue. By no means is this a typical Zin, as the grapes were picked a little earlier and it is not aged on oak. If you are looking for a big, extracted, tannic, high octane raisin bomb (which can also be enjoyable), this ain't it. OTOH, if you like a fruity, medium-bodied, food-friendly, minerally wine with medium+ acidity, you'll like this. Paired very well with Spaghetti Marinara. 13.5% abv. — 9 years ago
Wow. More flavor, much better than their regular cab. Silky, velvet, smooth. Chocolate. Rich fruit. Big, full flavor, lots of flavor. Not old world style for sure, not subtle. It's a big bomb. We would pay up to $75 for this so a bit overpriced to us.
