Since I do not have many Xarello references in my TN-book, I cannot elaborate on the typicity of this particular bottle. But its flavour profile resembles both White Rhône blends and Chenin. Beeswax, honey, hazelnuts, tropical flowers, earth and brown spices. Mature, some oxidative notes, retaining sufficient acidity. Still very good. — 9 years ago

Spiciness & smoky flavors of pulled pork enhanced the gentle flavors of this wine. If you like bolder full bodied wines this may not sustain enough of a lingering finish for your taste buds.
