Notes of luscious caramel syrup with hazelnuts and raisins — 6 years ago
Tremendous wine - no need to decant - paired this with a veal osso bucco and it was perfect - floral, earthy musk but deep well balanced with dark fruit and a spicy finish - highly recommended for the price — 8 years ago
Good legs, great price, serve it room temp. A good red from Spain — 9 years ago

Een zeer welkome afwisseling voor combinatie met kazen. Slechts halfzoet (in tegenstelling tot de Pedro Ximénez) maar daardoor een zeer goede combi met vette en romige kazen! — 6 years ago
My first en Rama sherry. It was very unique. It had that unfiltered mouth feel to it, sweet, nutty, and it grew on me over the month I kept the bottle refrigerated. Excellent!

Gran alternativa para el postre. Denso con recuerdos de ciruela mandara. — 8 years ago
Every year I look forward to our little allocation of these beauties from Jerez. The wine has such a giving nose of flor and white fruit that it seems almost like it would be sweet. In the mouth this is all chalky cut, certainly one of the driest wines on the planet that can still provide so much pleasure. It was fatally easy to drink with tuna stuffed peppers! — 8 years ago

Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry? — 5 years ago
Nydelig! Drakk uten mat, men denne passer nok godt til grillet lam eller lignende! — 5 years ago
An intriguing nose full of exotic spice, ripe black fruit and a touch of something. On the palate with nice roundness and great balance with juicy, round tannins. Good length and nice complexity. A very, very nice wine. — 6 years ago

Dried currents & honey. Dessert in a bottle. Enjoy in small doses. Delicious. — 7 years ago
Mahogany color with molasses, caramel, espresso, bittersweet chocolate and subtle baking spice aromas. On the palate it's full bodied, viscous, and very persistent with a supple mouth feel that's beautifully balanced with a penetrating acidity that keep it from being cloying and persistent with very good acidity that keeps it from being cloying and provides balance. It shows very sweet flavors of molasses, honey-dipped figs, dates, caramel, and baking spice nuanced citrus note with a kiss of oxidation that adds to its allure and complexity. Long finish — 8 years ago
