Natty bubbles and silly good. This was in a category unlike anything I can recall. — 5 years ago
Quaffable. A great house red wine that doesn't try to do more than it needs. Fantastic slightly chilled and served with grilled foods. — 6 years ago
Super easy to drink. Very smooth but once it’s gets to the back of the tongue, you notice a slight minerality/tiny bubbles on the front of the tongue. Interesting and good. — 6 years ago

For the price, this is an excellent wine. Subtle hint of tannins, mellow fruitiness, and nice and dry. Excellent with Thai style pork skewers. — 4 years ago

Awesome sparkling wine. Lots of flavor and beautiful color. — 6 years ago
Strawberries, blood orange rind, watermelon, satsuma mandarins, iron, smoke. Snapping acidity, light bodied, juicy texture, tangy-salty-slightly off dry yet crisp finish. Highly aromatic, at times savory, at times smoky, fruit persists through. Unique, interesting and uncommonly delicious. — 8 years ago
