3L 1990 Chateau de Beaucastel Hommage a Jacques Perrin Chateauneuf du Pape Rhone blend. Wine for big Korean dinner. Amazing!!! Super cool to drink out of large format. We didn't decant (only for lack of time) and it was delicious. Drinking perfectly and was a great wine to drink w spicy and meaty Korean food. Tons of dark fruit, lots of complexity, and a super long, smooth finish. K and BK thought it drank perfectly. — 10 years ago
