Pairing with veal app to lobster ravioli. Great Gaia Wine at a relatively approachable price point. — 8 years ago
Bouquet of coffee, great complexity of berries and earth and tannins. Time for another case. — 8 years ago

OMG - what a classic. Picked this Italian IPA ip in Noosa Heads. Savoured every drop. Best IPA I’ve had — 8 years ago
1958 vintage. Served by Gaia Gaja at the Gaja winery. Pale ruby hue. Earthy, manure, hint of morrel mushroom, not a whole lot of fruit - mature. On the palate, medium plus acidity and body, medium alcohol, medium minus integrated tannins and medium plus finish. Still very much alive although doubt it will get better from here. Very good. NB: still going strong after 1.5hr in glass. Remarkable. — 9 years ago
Deep and dry served bone chilling cold and perfect when you need a rose to stand up to spice and meaty food. — 10 years ago

Amazing dessert wine, similar but, for me, better than Vin Santo. Sweet, vanilla and cinnamon notes with a hint of... xmas... gluhwein...? Go for it! — 8 years ago
Nice wine! Somewhat surprisingly, went great with a delicate baked cod and vegetables. — 8 years ago

Weird in a good way. Punchy acid, green green fruits and sourness just towing the line but staying on the correct side. 10/10 Would hit again — 9 years ago
