This wine is getting better each time I try it. It still has years to go.
Amazing complexity and still a mouthful of fruit. John Harris, maybe you should have kept Jeff? Looking forward to your current wine in a bunch of years. All the beat to Bob — 8 years ago

At dinner with Kris and Bob. Lovely wine! — 7 years ago
Hot take: new oak is alright. Especially when it’s just a kiss. 9 months in 4000 litre French oak and 9 months in stainless steel. Manto Negro is considered an easy drinking grape, but treated properly, we find a wine that has elegance and finesse like a village level burgundy from a top producer. Black cherry soda and vanilla ice cream outside by your neighbour’s pool. — 7 years ago
Very light but packs a mineral, smoke & funk punch — 8 years ago
@Bob Bressler you killed it again Bob!
2 hours Decanted and it is beautiful. Each sip seduces you into taking another. — 9 years ago
Massive butter bomb. Origionally served chilled and it showed very well. As it warmed up the malo took over the wine and it became very viscous and greasy on the finish. Serve and keep chilled. I am excited to see what Bob Cabral is going to bring to this project. A dash of structure could make these wines hedonistic as well as well structured. I will be keeping an eye on Three Sticks. — 10 years ago
Had this bottle signed by the Oakland Athletics Manager Bob Melvin, thought I would drink it while watching the game! Silver Oak and baseball great pairing. — 10 years ago

From magnum. I usually don’t like my Cali cabs this big but after decanting all afternoon this was singing. Wore the weight very well and just a beautiful effort by Bob. — 7 years ago
