Pale straw glass. Big perfumed nose of passion fruit, honeydew, rose, white peach, gooseberry, lemongrass, vanilla, grapefruit, and a hint of jalapeño. Medium bodied clean mild acid to the palate of grapefruit, gooseberry, lemon, and white pepper that leads to a long citrusy finish.
