Soft notes of mocha and light coffee roast with gentle dusty tannins an earthy core and light red fruit mingling with smoked meat. The finish is peppery but elegant — 6 years ago

Complexity over 2 days. Initially more a fruit bomb (think Aussie Shiraz). Day 2 brought smokey meat and a Côte-Rotie clone! Super interesting — 11 years ago

A favorite winery of mine... This one needs a little more bottle age, or a splash decant... A muted nose opened to crisp honeycomb apple, ginger root, and a toasty brioche character. Feels like bit of lees influence too. Round, layered, and soft on the palate with yellow apple, pear and melon rind. Bright acidity shines on the mid-palate with a limestone crouch to the finish. Hold this for a few more years. — 6 years ago
