Many good things come from Spain, such as siestas, ceviche, and inquisitions. This Tempranillo manages to surpass all of these. Tannins that can scorch your eyeballs. Acidity that can burn a whole through your organs. It is a wine that is more complex than the Middle East conflict. Shout out to bibi btw. Regardless, great wine to enjoy with shark fins and gold plated dinosaur eggs. — 9 years ago

This Pinot Blanc was badass. Some unusual melon character from Champagne. This was the 2013 and had a bit of oxidation but the acid was still enough that this was a broad, well drank champagne. Interesting that the green melon had flecks of chalk. The body was full and continued on the same line as the nose. Thanks Bibi Jis! — 5 years ago

Just a hint of sweetness with some pears, apples and maybe? cotton candy. So refreshing and I just REALLY LOVE Riesling.

There was this German audio series when I was younger calling Bibi und Tina (also adapted to TV and film - it may have just been called Bibi Blocksberg back in the day) where there was this one character called Alexander von Falkenstein, and honestly every time I look at this label it’s difficult not to associate the name.
