Berry Bros own vintage. They are the oldest distributer in London (possibly the world) dating back to 1698. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape is very delightful! Very soft tannin, pronounced and full body, with dark cherry, ceder, and white pepper characteristics. — 12 years ago

Pure ambrosia. Amazing mouth feel. The Queen got 2x 4.5L on her Golden day in 2012 and had 1 at lunch. No small bottles left, so we're bringing 1 home! — 10 years ago
2010 vintage. Vega Sicilia portfolio tasting, Berry Bros. & Rudd, St James's, London. A deep and enveloping bouquet. Complex (animal, leather, smoke and dark fruit). Fine and very refined on the palate. Medium bodied. Elegant with fine and abundant tannins. The finish is firm and savoury. — 11 years ago

Ramey nailed the 98 for Rudd. This drinks like a great right bank Bordeaux showing plum , berry fruits, earth, tobacco, mocha notes and spice box. Great balance with silky tannins and medium weight. This is a killer 98! Just bought more. — 10 years ago
Fantastic wine, not usually a huge fan of Italian wines but this is superb. — 11 years ago
2001 magnum. This is classic Napa valley. Big, bold Oakville cab. Deep notes of vanilla, oak, cassis, spice and ripe berry. This baby is mature and drinking at its prime. 95pts — 11 years ago
Fratelli Alessandria Barolo 2009 and damn fine stuff at that! — 11 years ago
