What a beautiful wine. Surprisingly approachable and soft for a young Nebbiolo, while still showing the structure and harmony these wines are famous for. For the money, a 10! — 8 years ago

A beautifully balanced example of Moscato d'Asti. Off-dry and definitely less sweet than many, this wine emphasizes the appeallingly herbaceous side of Moscato. Orange blossom, clover, honey, acacia and a hint of hay give this real appeal. Terrific as an aperitif with salumi or in Piemonte tradition, with hazelnut cake for dessert — 7 years ago
