I had this with Chilean sea bass with mangos and it paired very well hence the 9.0 rating. Notes include honey suckle and floral on the nose. The wine is cloudy and is a full bodied chard. It goes well with fruit and cheese. — 7 years ago

Nose: papaya meringue, super ripe honey dew, lemon grass. Toasted Almonds, Toffee & Brittle. Mouth: soft whipped cream, lemon rind, lemon grass. Buttery. Food: We are having local Santa Barbara #uni as an appetizer and local sea-bass as out main. Lobster would be fantastic with this wine. — 11 years ago
