First "Untitled" #woine I've had. Ain't none too bad. Only backstory privy to is the maker was just 14 years old, according what I was told. Really? Anyways, it's a decent #rkatsiteli with a deep nose that smells of #cheese #lees & decomposing #trees. interesting. #palate is rich, viscous & deep, with bright, sapid acidity & a long, biscuity finish. Fun #booze from #georgia. really loving the textures of this wine 😜❗️. Day two with the #rkatsiteli made by a teenaged #winemaker from #georgia (the country) Still lively as it was last night, showing more depth on palate, with heaps of crunch & electric acidity. nose has an echo of not unattractive #craftbeer yeastiness with a delicious "crackery" tune. yummy stuff for sure. must get more. #lastglass #amberwine #orangewine — 10 years ago

Will the real Fiano please stand up? Fun backstory on this in that this "Fiano" from Puglia is actually a Minutolo. Color is almost like a skin contact white, but great acidity and minerality with lovely aromatics - reminds me of honeycomb — 11 years ago
