This is the Trinchero Chicken Ranch I remember! The '07 much better than the '08. Lovely nose, and extremely earthy tones with mild fruit on the palate. Very smooth and easy to drink as it is more refined and not overpowering. Quite enjoyable. — 9 years ago

30 minute decant, which was perfect. Quite possibly one of the best noses I’ve ever experienced from a Napa Cab!! This wine was very much like the ‘05 French Bordeaux’s I’ve been drinking. Purple color. Cherry fruit dominated by smoke, earth, and cedar. Tons of character and silky smooth. I truly believe these Napa Cabs need a lot of aging as is evident by this wine. Can’t remember why I stopped buying Trinchero, but I’m back! Truly enjoyed this! — 6 years ago
