2012, Cantine Madonna Delle Grazie, Sagaris IGT Basilicata Rose Aglianico Del Vulture. 100 percent Aglianico Rose. Aglianico is one of my favorite varietals. This Rose had very little on the nose. Flavors were a little strawberry, juniper and rose petal. Very light and mellow, good summer, patio wine but I expected more. — 11 years ago

Fantastic quality for price since produced by the "cantina sociale" of Gattinara (wonderful place to visit for the annual festa dell'uva di gattinara when a fantastic dinner is also served at candlelit tables in the wine cellar amongst the barrels).
