Rubens Chablis. Acids are not sharp and pointy but fat and rounded. Unique mouthfeel. Great wine from an enclosed vineyard near the town of Béru. Grapes are coming from this vineyard since the 13th century. I'm glad Athénaïs stopped banking and started doing this. — 10 years ago

Strange but interesting Burg. Sappy, twiggy nose with hint of resin that kept me coming back to it and sniffing. Bright cherry fruit with a distinctive tang I couldn't identify. Very good. — 9 years ago
