Свекла, красная слива, брусника, сухая черника, вишневая косточка, чёрный перец, марганцовка, крошеный камень, легкая солоноватость во вкусе. Средне-легкое тело с хорошим напряжением, активной, но не слишком нервной кислотностью и мягким танином. Собранно и подтянуто, с нетяжёлой, естественной концентрацией. Вначале фрукт сух и неярок, подчинён минеральной структуре, при аэрации и нагревании вырастает в объёме, но не доминирует. Естественно, неглупо и с характером. — 7 years ago

Smoothness. 21 abv. Salinity about 50 euros a glass 700 a bottle. The joy of drinking something by the glass. Sharp and coating. Almost has the complexity of great vinegar.
