Средне-легкое тело с хорошим напряжением, активной, но не слишком нервной кислотностью и мягким танином. Собранно и подтянуто, с нетяжёлой, естественной концентрацией. Вначале фрукт сух и неярок, подчинён минеральной структуре, при аэрации и нагревании вырастает в объёме, но не доминирует. Естественно, неглупо и с характером. — 7 years ago

Delectable is a shit app and won't let me out in my photo. Extraordinary intensity. Bottled in 2006. Opened in July drunk in December at blandy a lodge less sweet than most buals. Thrilling acidity. Smoothness. 21 abv. Salinity about 50 euros a glass 700 a bottle. The joy of drinking something by the glass. Sharp and coating. Almost has the complexity of great vinegar.
