Lovely antidote to a long day n the winery. Pale orange Provençal Rose, great acid, dried herbs, appropriate tannin. Nice!

The antidote to a bittersweet evening. Who knew saying goodbye could taste so good. Bright acid, good backbone, tasty bubbles. — 12 years ago
Quiet plummy nose offers black fruits, tea, juniper; this wine has the scent of a cool redwood forest. Lovely grippy tannins on the palate complement flavors of black plums, earth, coffee, blackberries, and black tea. It's meaty and resinous and lovely, the antidote to a deluge of stupid California Zin. Thanks, Ridge. 15.4% abv | wine club — 13 years ago

Boy am I impressed with this Long Island red blend. It's 20 degrees F outside and this silky barnyard funky swill is the perfect antidote. I will buy again for sure. — 11 years ago
