A sweet sparkler. A little past its best but very enjoyable and refreshing. 6.5% alcohol. — 10 years ago
A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, a very limited cuvée resulting in a nice wine combining elegance and floral notes with delicate vinous notes and great body 😏 — 10 years ago
Sweet & light alternative to the sharp champagne bite. Very pleasant. — 10 years ago
A very reliable house in Limoux for nice sparklers. The Brut shows lots of Granny Smith apple, soft bubbles, and clean finish. Hard to beat for 6 euros! — 10 years ago
Cheese on the nose, green apple notes and pleasant caramelized sugar aftertaste. — 11 years ago

Interesting 4 grape sparkling blend from the Langedoc. Pale pink hue, fine bead and creamy texture. Hints of strawberries, cherries, orange zest, watermelon and floral notes. Lots of minerality. Made in the traditional method (15 months of bottle age). Great value! — 8 years ago
