Az. Agr. Fiorano ‘Giulia Erminia’ Marche Bianco IGT 2015: Well-balanced. Bright acidity. Big taste. Pronounced lemon notes, light oak and a touch of vanilla. Elegant long finish. All in all, one of the best Pecorino wines I’ve had in a really long time. The 2006 vintage has settled down which is a good thing because I have 2 cases....
Still has a big mouth-feel, a little jammy, still has a bit of fruit-forward.
