Gettin’ old school. Perfectly cellared by anonymous auction donor. Well balanced after all these years. Lots of color and fruit still alive. — 8 years ago
For what it is - an anonymous blended Portuguese red - it is amazing. Oh, did I mention bargain as well? $4.99 at Wine Cask as a wine of the month. ABV 13% Should have bought a case. It would still be a find at 5.99 or even 6.99! Light, bright, but with some tannic depth. No sweetness. Nice balance. Some nose and finish as well. If I knew my grapes, I would recognize them in here. — 10 years ago
Very young, bright, generous and juicy. Great concentration and balance. A tasty, modern take on the classic blend of Rhône varieties, albeit slightly anonymous. Okay value under 20€. — 11 years ago
Not a cab drinker. This started out tasting like an anonymous cab but really mellowed out into a deep almost pencil-leady goodness. — 11 years ago
Delicious anonymous Pinot, served with verve at Mistral in Redwood Shores. The place is lousy with Google types, but could not spoil the extra tasty offering here. Never heard of Meniketti...will be on the lookout for Round Two. Taste-T — 7 years ago
Liked it. A bit anonymous. Great value. — 8 years ago

Puffy clouds float atop alpenglow orange opacity, lacing the barriers with the remains of heraldic coats of arms weathered nearly indistinguishable by time, like the thin anonymous gravestones in ancient churchyards. Orange and tangerine, clementine and thyme, ruby grapefruit, and candied lemon, Froot Loops, green grapes, dragon fruit and kiwi scented. Lovely lime and lemongrass, quince, cardamom pod, chamomile, white pepper dusted pineapple, pomelo, and steely minerality that fractures into micro clove and aniseed while immersed in lemon oils and orange. Really nice offering. Keeps you guessing and offers some interesting taste combos.

Plush fruit and a gloss of oak gave a rather modern, anonymous impression for the first couple days, but by day 3 some real Chambolle elegance began to emerge. I'm betting that over time the lacy red fruit and chalky minerality will come to the fore. Nice wine and a good first impression of this producer. — 9 years ago
Bright, unripened red currants layer overtop anonymous dark fruits. Hairy on the palette; ultra-aggressive tannins. This is young and fierce after 2 hours of decant. Dramatically more assertive than the 2009 after similar time in bottle. Give the 2010 another 5 to 20 years. — 10 years ago

Not much of a nose. Taste is a bit of stones and dark cherry and other dark fruits (not bright), a little bit of tannin. Anonymous, but I like it. Medium weight. Quality. May buy again. It is hard to describe but just tastes like pretty quality wine. Air improved significantly. — 4 years ago
