Rather liked this one. Drake it at the bar at the Wine Steward and brought a bottle home. — 7 years ago

Between coconut cream and lemon meringue, stuffing of flowers and stones, crisp without being sharp. Awesome. — 10 years ago
Signed by my favorite Taurasi maker, Antonio. The older his Taurasi gets, the more amazing they become and this 2002 was mind blowing. I savored every sip along with his charming company. Look out ladies, he is well aged like his amazing wines but he is a true charmer. Ciao Antonio mi amici. — 10 years ago

Miei amici da Tenuta Di Capezzana, è proprio bello e buono! Sangiovese Fiorentino — 12 years ago
Edged out Amici in the fact that this one is very bright and acidic from the top and keeps on developing. Bright, bright front of lemon and limestone. Middle is dense and almost has a tangerine, lemon, pineapple kind of line to it. Finish was less expressive and while the 14 Amici is weighted to the back, this is weighted to the front. This will continue to develop over the next 3 to 5 years. — 7 years ago
Love it as a sweet wine, especially for summer meals — 7 years ago

godlike wine Frank Cornelissen makes "per il mio amici Sandro Dibella" -- for his friend Sandro who runs the Cave Ox restaurant, just down the road from Frank's winery. — 11 years ago
All the Barolo wines are delicious. The Tre Amici is art in a bottle. Very good finish and loved by all my dinner guests. Definitely buy this wine. — 7 years ago
An evening spent with John Harris of Amici Cellars. Passed Hors d'ouevres, a 4-course dinner, and some delicious wines.
Passed Hors d'oeuvres: Salmon, beets, sorrel, rose water, raspberry and pink peppercorn. Paired with the 2017 Rosé Côtes de Provence. (Hors d'ouevres not featured in photo. The food in the photo was the final course comprised of mignardis served with the Côtes de Provence, as well.) — 7 years ago
No idea how long this wine was open, but probably was for an hour before I got there today. This wins the youthful fruit award (even beats the 13 Amici). This wine is massive, and displays a lot of ample chalky blackberry fruit, vanilla, and some lavender. The middle is darker, and finishes with good length, good acidity, excellent structure, and great balance. Was going to open the 2009 to compare, but will instead save this for another day. I'd say that this wine is undoubtedly on the rise, therefore the proper place for this one is in the cellar! But, we were CURIOUS, OK??? If you absolutely, positively HAVE to drink this one now, do it with a lot of decant time!! — 8 years ago

Amici Cellars makes this Sonoma Pinot. Tasted like cherry pie and caramel spice. This Pinot was a heavy smooth Pinot. Got better every minute in the glass — 10 years ago
