Last night (NYE). Good stuff. Not overly fruity and not dry. Nice balance. — 6 years ago

Smooth as silk; yet, great structure & elegant finish paired with spinach, shrimp & scallop lasagna in Delta One on way to Amsterdam — 8 years ago

Beautiful color, cool looking bottle, nice fruit, love it! — 10 years ago
The dryness, tannins & acidity of this wine paired well with braised short ribs. The ribs were accompanied by polenta & salad with Meyer Lemon vinaigrette. Very important pairing note - balancing acidity to cut richness but still give a pleasant mouth - feel. 2006 vintage - Floral notes weren't dominant for us. — 10 years ago
Bone dry. Perfect start to the evening. — 11 years ago
I really like this champagne. Crisp, fresh, certain aroma but not too rich. Good for matching with dishes. Not destruct the foods. Want to drink this as daily champagne. — 11 years ago
Fruity and lyrical. Nice with pesto and tomato pasta. Would be good in its own too. — 6 years ago
Smoked eucalyptus and gamey.
Blackberry, dark plum, tha basil, eucalyptus. mint, anise, layer upon layers of gorgeous fruit, with herbs dancing with great pagan mystery, underneath those waves.
This is one of those wines that hits every bit of what you want a more expensive bottle to be.
Priced to buy by the case as a every nighter.

Aroma of dried cherries, olives sand herbs. Flavor is snappy and bright. But rich too. Tremendously long on the finish. — 9 years ago

A good champagne. Drank kind of… young? Balanced but not graceful, hefty but a little too eager. All of the flavor was BOOM, right up front, and it was more green apple rind than anything. Good - maybe not my thing. — 4 years ago
