Dark but bright ruby red color together with very nice aromas of wild flowers, red berry fruits, and sweet herbs on the nose. Medium-to-full-bodied followed by delicious taste of fresh red cherry, mulberry, and cinnamon on the palate. Bright acidity, dry, silky but light tannins, and long minty finish. Strawberry gummy bears and gram cracker on the nose... Weird I know. The palate was mouth filling with lush firm tannins. Spicy with sautéed black cherry. Acidity was light and pleasant. — 9 years ago
