Great white beer. — 10 years ago
This beer is my jam. Just lovely. Light on the palate but a little heavy on the belly with a meal. — 10 years ago

Belgian Tripel Beer, 8.4%; St. Patty's Day @ Seed; Dad's order — 12 years ago
Bottle. Draft. Can. In that order but they all rock. Grateful to be back on the East Coast and able to get my favorite mon-thurs beer....which I love to drink on Fri and Sat!!! Light but not wimpy. Has weight but not heavy....the Grenache of beer!!! — 9 years ago

Shrimpy saline and musky saffron aromas and sweet, familiar Belgian triple, maybe La Chouffe? or even like Hefeweizen ? tastes--but finishes drier, more refreshing and more musky. Pretty refreshing, goes quick. Most certainly lighter-footed than Chouffe. Quite the rare gift! How do I rate a beer, I'm no beer guy...? — 10 years ago

Mind blowingly good. Maybe the best beer I've ever had. — 10 years ago
One the best single IPA's in the world, Amarillo and Simco hops, that's all!!! But Awesome, Alpine one the best breweries in the USA, second only to Russian River, but the brewery does not get the just praise they truly deserve, Outstanding, my second favorite single IPA, Alpine's Nelson is first, only wish more people knew about this great beer and brewery — 10 years ago

Absolutely one of the best I've had of their line up! 2015 was a great brew. Pours like TAR, sweet tobacco, vanilla, caramel, chocolate, dense creamy lusciousness in a bottle. Never had a beer quite as heavy and wonderful as this. I CANNOT WAIT to pop open the coffee BBS and Barley wine BBS. I'm opening up one more, and then aging the 2nd bottle I have for a few more years to see how it changes! — 9 years ago
