Super mineral and yeasty, gorgeous nose. Provocative. Pure. Palate is skeletal and rich at the same time. Elegant and finesse driven with more fruit than the previous two and inner moron is floral and green apple but also yeast city. Great mouthfeel and mousse. This is so fine.
