1986 Chateau Margaux Premier Grand Cru. Drank w dinner at The Grill at the Alley. Great spicy, fragrant nose, but we both thought it was a bit thin and acidic in the mouth. Very interesting and great w fish or meat. — 11 years ago

Wow. This may be a new go to table wine for me. Right up my alley. I got a blast of Cherries when I opened the bottle. Decanter for over an hour. Now it's rye, clove, soil front. Solid round body. A tad hot at 14.5% alcohol but it works. Really really good buy.
