Always a favorite. Light Ruby, almost brick brown color. Clear, light enough you can see through it, medium+ viscosity. Bright, ripe red fruits on the nose, with tobacco, some oak. Palette sees tobacco, oak, sour fruit. Medium+ acid, extremely light and smooth tannins, long finish. Still on of the best values out there- looking forward to being in Carlton in November! — 9 years ago
This wine opens with a most intriguing aroma of concentrated (almost compote-like) red berries. Sweet-fruited, in the best possible way; almost reminiscent of Grenache. However the expansive, savory finish says "No! I'm Pinot." What alchemy is at work here? Carbonic, I wonder? So easy to drink! — 9 years ago
Enjoyed the glass I had at Alchemy friends today. — 10 years ago

Very nice expression of Viognier.
Clean honey on the nose almost exclusively. Well balanced with nice mouth feel. Actually good with charcuterie — 10 years ago
Great Grenache, on the lighter side as you'd expect. — 10 years ago
Shared this bottle at Alchemy with Jeff & Mary Stai and mommadeb & Don. — 12 years ago
Good drinking wine restaurant. Berries as per red wine some strawberry. Easy drinking — 8 years ago
This appears to be a Zinfandel dominant red blend, a miracle of oenological alchemy. It has Zin-like jamminess and Syrah-like pepper. It is on the big end of medium bodied and has nice thick tannic structure. — 8 years ago
Amber color wine. Popularized hundreds of years ago due to belief in alchemy. 30 day skin contact. Oranges, salt, menthol, high acid, some dairy (spent year on lees full ML), basil. #slovenianwine — 9 years ago

Smooth, full bodied. — 11 years ago
Superlative tannin quality. I was leery of the current release being '11 but I like Burlottto. I have no idea what kind of alchemy allows a wine with 14.5% alc to feel this light. Great QPR and I'm going to tuck a couple of these away to see how they develop aroma. — 12 years ago
Late add - tough ID for Delectable as this is the first time entered. This is from Bevela Wines, just released on Sunday. The unforeseen alchemy comes from the blend of 50% Le Bon Climat Teroldego with 50% Syrah, the latter from two vineyard sources. The Teroldego gives an aromatic and acidic lift to the more.traditional Syrah. Solid wine but will probably benefit from air
or additional bottle time. We had the first pour from a newly opened bottle. — 8 years ago
Tastes like cola with herbal tea in a really nice way. Some light fruit a ton of acidity. Was hoping to like it a little more. — 9 years ago
Touch of green, fun blend that glides across the pallette- light airy texture — 10 years ago
Blend of seven Spanish varietals ends up tasting French & farmy. Alchemy! But as we've learnt- drink quick before it turns to biscuits. Crunchy & lively, we're drinking it ice cold. 🍷❄️🇪🇸✔️ — 10 years ago
Nice surprise. Wine had really good balance from start to finish. — 11 years ago
Wonderfully light and fresh, but still with a good bit of stuffing. I liked how peppery this was, and the fruit was nicely high-toned. — 12 years ago
