It's a pretty interesting blend. All of the different components blend well together with good body and acidity. Soft peach and melon qualities on the nose that carry onto the palate. It tastes like a real wine, made with care, even if it isn't mind blowing. Evolving interestingly, consistently delicious, and rich & savory. Wet forest floor, morel mushroom, candied cherries, rich Indian spices, savory finish.
