This is a very complex Champagne with earthy, nutty flavors and a hint of stone fruit. I'm looking forward to enjoying another evening trying to parse out its rich flavors. — 11 years ago

Dixon family favorite. Works well with all wildfowl and King rib. — 10 years ago
Good Cote de Nuits Burgundy. A little alcohol on the nose. Starting to show well, but should carry on for a number of years, especially for a Village (old vines) wine. Very good with a leg of lamb and roasted potatoes. Served alongside the Les Roches, Chinon 2007, and was preferred by the men at the dinner. — 11 years ago

Regal on the nose, grand cru depth and complexity, mixture of berries and cherries. Concentrated blueberry tea. Seductive on the nose and palate. Darker than the RSV, which is typical for Richebourg. For 2010, prefer the RSV. — 8 years ago
