Color: rose gold.
Character: light; refreshing; sweet, but well balanced; crisp.
Not as floral as some other sake's out there; more fruity. Taste of plum is distinct mid palette, then tapers off. The taste of plum isn't distracting.
Again, very well balanced. — 12 years ago

Really like this kimoto Junmai.
Smells like bran flakes with banana and milk with the merest hint of white peoper and ripe nectarine.
Complex mushroom and chestnut on the palate with a good dollop of acidity and umami. Delicious — 11 years ago
