Respectable but not a classic Bordeaux on the nose. Bright red fruit mingled with strong well defined tannins that benefited from time in the glass to be sure. Definitely worth a try if you are up for the adventure. — 10 years ago
An adventure into the world of inexpensive Bordeaux. Very well rounded and fruit forward wine that has plenty of depth and character. — 10 years ago

This wine reminds me of a deep sea adventure. I'm being swept away on boat of flavors and smells like an ocean breeze of ripe apples and currant. Sweet waves of intense flavors crash over my taste buds as I sip away and ponder my life. It's very pleasant on the nose with cinnamon notes and sweet comforting juicy strawberries. — 11 years ago
Highest complexity to a wine Ive had. Every sip seems like a new adventure. Iron and copper like minerality, a fresh dill component but unlike rioja, lots of tart cranberry and pomegranate flavors. The finish is cedary, herbal and long. A touch of wet mulch and barnyard funk adds that honest terroir expression with classic style. Very much in tact but no need to hold much longer. — 8 years ago
Green olives on the nose that become more prominent in tasting. Pepper, I can't tell if it's black or white. Slightly astringent, with sharp, interesting tannins. An adventure wine well worth the price! — 9 years ago
Burnt caramel on the nose. It is an adventure just smelling this . The finish is smooth and compelling. Addicting. — 9 years ago
